Dubai is also an international financial centre and has been ranked 1st within the Middle East as surveyed by the Mastercard Worldwide Centres of Commerce Index (2007).

Today, Habtoor Trading Enterprises (HTE) operates throughout middle east and CIS countries, striving to keep pace with UAE's growth achieved during the last decade.
